Zack, all I could think about was you at work the other day. Guess what is being added to the menu at Hunan Chinese Restaurant? Chicken Dumplings! And boy are they delicious :) They aren't available to order just yet, but I will let your Mom know when they are. Then you can come in to visit me and eat a whole pile of delicious chicken dumplings!

Yea for chicken dumplings! Since he got sick off of pork dumplings a long time ago, he hasn't had any kind of dumpling. He says he doesn't even like Chinese food, anymore, but he's always found something to eat when we have visited you. Maybe this is just what we need to get back in touch with what used to be his favorite food. Sorry this comment is so late after the post, with everyone being sick, well, you know how it goes.
