that my Floridian family is enjoying warm and sunny 74 degree weather, I decided to check how warm it is here today.
It is a balmy 3 degrees with a wind chill of -6. At least it is warming up, last night it was -20! Oh well, at least we only have 3 1/2 months of winter left. Oh wait! Winter doesn't officially begin until the 21st...so it's not even winter yet.
I think we need to plan our trips to Florida during the winter, so we can migrate for awhile!
I am counting my blessings though. At least we do not live anywhere where they get ice storms that do this.

That was crazy!! Thanks for sharing the video link. I'm glad, as well,we don't get the ice like they do back east. I don't mind the cold so much if there is snow to go along with it. We had the -19 degree weather here this morning also...Burrrrrr! but we've got the 6 feet of snow to go along with it!
That video was a good laugh. You would think that the people around there would tell people to not go that way. Oh no, they say come this way, the YOUTUBE nation needs a laugh. It worked! :)
You can't sled in 75 degree weather!
So with all that snow, I want to see snowmen, LOL! I remember -19. In my younger days, I could tolerate it. It is very true we don't have sledding - we get to go back to Colorado for that one! But I am SOOOO happy to not be freezing cold all the time, LOL. I can go for my walk - outside - every day under blue skies. The only rotten part about living in Florida - half my family lives in Colorado! Love, Mom
Wow ... about that video ... people, STAY HOME when the weather is that bad! You can call in to work, and no Christmas shopping is worth it!
